Based centrally in East Anglia we offer a complete service from daily delivery of equipment to full kitchen installation.

Delivery
Using our own transport locally we deliver a wide range of equipment from glassware to char grills. Like others we have to rely on carriers but prefer to offer a more personal service that we can trust to deliver at a time convenient to you. When working with specialised equipment it is not convenient have large awkward items turn up on a door step delivery. If arriving on our transport we will co-ordinate a suitable time and assist in the positioning of your new equipment.

Service
Using a select number of installation and service engineers we are able to react to planned installations taking the headache out of the tasks. We will if required clear remove and dispose of existing equipment, install and commission you new equipment ready for operation.

We understand that on occasions you are unable to shut your operation so where required we can work out of service time often working through the night.

Although not operating a 24hr emergency response our out of hours philosophy means that 07956 009669 is answered out side of normal office hours.

We may not have an on Call engineer but problems can often be solved over the phone with calculated advice. If that does not work we can the often organise call out from one of our team.

Just In Time
Unlike our mail order competitors we keep high levels of stock for delivery and collection next day and even same day can be achieved.
Even at those testing times when the fryer gives up on a Friday or the ice machine cant cope on a busy bank holiday we have these items in stock

Showroom
We are reasonably unique to have a show room as most have gone down the road of on line sales. Great though the web is you can not be expected to make a decision on the look of your glassware and crockery or check the build quality of an oven by pictures alone. Our showroom has a good cross section of both heavy equipment and light available 5 days a week.
